Crafting small-batch garage brews across London and Berkshire.

Haslam + Waldron = Hadron

University friends combining a passion for craft beer with scientific rigour.

High-Energy Fusion

Garage Collision Theory

Having met as university friends over a mutual love of craft beer, Alex Haslam and Paul Waldron realised that combining Haslam and Waldron could only lead to one name: the Large Hadron Collider Brewing Company.

What started in our original Wandsworth garage lab has expanded to our Twyford spin-out accelerator to craft high-quality small-batch beer.

Nano-Brewed Excellence

Small Batch Precision

No corporate shortcuts or mass production. Rooted in our backgrounds in engineering and scientific research, we approach every brew day like a laboratory experiment, meticulously balancing grain bills, yeast kinetics, and hop profiles.

Every recipe is crafted, refined, and perfected across our dual garage setups with genuine love, care, and scientific precision.

The Garage Labs

Operating across our original lab and spin-out accelerator facility.
