Having met as university friends over a mutual love of craft beer, Alex Haslam and Paul Waldron realised that combining Haslam and Waldron could only lead to one name: the Large Hadron Collider Brewing Company.
What started in our original Wandsworth garage lab has expanded to our Twyford spin-out accelerator to craft high-quality small-batch beer.

Alex Haslam, PhD
PhD in Engineering. Applying theoretical mechanics, data modelling, and fluid dynamics to garage-scale hop collisions and fermentation curves.
Paul Waldron, PhD
PhD in Neuroscience. Applying sensory neuro-dynamics, taste bud receptor physics, and high-energy quality control to scale our garage spin-out.
